A note from Leah
I'm an engineer with over 5 years horizontal industry experience. At this firm, we help businesses improve their operations and efficiency, and we guide them through improvements both traditionally and through AI optimization and automation. I lead the firm and I'm the one you'll work with directly, alongside other engineers on our team.
§ 01 · Why our approach
Many small businesses struggle because the tools on their manufacturing floor are disconnected from their IT team and the people handling data and analytics. In 2026, integrating these systems and treating everything as one cohesive view is the most effective approach. We bring together the physical side of the business, traditional technologies, and AI automation, so we're not just a pure software or pure traditional consultant.

§ 02 · Projects I've worked on
01 · HVAC energy audit
Worked as an energy auditor alongside HVAC engineers to help companies save money on their HVAC systems where they were bleeding energy. We worked alongside a company with a specialized clean room, so they had very specific processes that required heating, cooling, and a lot of wiring. We didn't assume we were experts on their processes, but we were able to review the surrounding aspects. We also reviewed energy bills across their sites to find patterns and ways to improve. This saved businesses a lot of money. Enterprise size.
02 · DDTM quality engineering
Quality engineer / tech technician for DDTM, improving KPIs for a rework program that had consistent defects, and improving those metrics for their suppliers and customers. This was for a large OEM.
